Ayurveda is about creating a sustainable lifestyle for immediate and long-term health benefits. It’s about moving in the direction of expanded awareness, health and wellbeing, through a 5,000 year old consciousness-based system of healing that originated in ancient India.

Ayurveda is the original lifestyle medicine.

Ayurveda means: The science of life in Sanskrit. It is Personalized, Preventative, and Practical.

Ayurveda is experiential, a complete healing system, is validated by modern science, and is a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to health!

Ayurveda includes The Six Pillars of Health which can help you reinvent your body.

The Six Pillars of Health:

  1. Nutrition – Food is medicine
  2. Movement – Fun, regular exercise benefits body & mind
  3. Sleep – Follow nature’s rhythms
  4. Meditation – As important to overall health as food, sleep, and exercise
  5. Emotions – Affects physical/biological responses
  6. Self-care (Grounding) – Establish connection with nature and care for body-mind-spirit

Traveling

In June of 2022, Becca, Sara, and their beloved 14-year-old lab mix, Kenzington Puppinpaws (Kenzii) went on a 6000+ mile long road trip from Florida to Montana, through Iowa, Colorado, and Louisiana, and back to Florida. They visited lots of friends and family and had an amazing time; not realizing it would be Kenzii’s last big road trip. She passed away at the end of July and is truly missed everyday. Please enjoy this road trip photo map of the adventure and relish in the adorable angel face of Kenzii enjoying life with her favorite people.
