Total Wellbeing Coach Services:
- Free Discovery Session = 30 min phone conversation

- One-on-one Coaching Session: 45 – 60 min each (phone/video call)
- Packages available:
- 5 sessions = $900
- 10 sessions = $1600
- 12 sessions = $1800
- Other packages are negotiable.
Ayurvedic Health classes:
Classes Available – they build on each other!
- Introduction to Ayurveda
- Nutrition
- Healthy Emotions
- Inner Pharmacy
- Ayurvedic Daily Routines
- One-on-one classes = 5 for $495, or $100/class
- Two students = $50/class/student
- Three students or more (up to 5) = $25/class/student
Meditation instruction offerings:
- One-on-one classes = 4 for $395, or $100/class
HTA services:
Tuning Forks Session = 15 minutes for $15
Sound Healing: Tuning Forks & Crystal Bowl = 30 minutes for $35
Package of Three 90 min. Sessions • $285 – or $95/session
Package of Three 45 min. Sessions • $150 or $50/session
(Essential Oils from YoungLiving used in each session as needed)
Fire Performance and Training:
My rates are $100/hour for multi-prop performance!
$50/person donation to try something new! I bring the fuel, fire props, experience, and safety instruction, you wear snug, natural fiber clothing (read – fire safe), and I teach you how to safely play with fire.
